AIRPORT GROUP SHUTTLES: Passengers opting for group travel, will be grouped according to flight arrival times for collection from ORTIA.
PRETORIA GROUP SHUTTLES: Pretoria collection enquiries will be grouped per collection venue based
on the number of enquiries received. Should there not be the min. amount of PAX to fill a bus from each
Pretoria collection venue, we will group PAX from the various venues to make up the min. PAX to fill a bus and departure times shall be as per the below: 15 September 2026
From Pick up point 1: 11:00 University of Pretoria Lynwood Rd, Hatfield, Pretoria
From pick up point 2: 11:15 Unisa Sunnyside Campus 12 Joubert Rd, Muckleneuk, Pretoria
From pick up point 3: 11:45 Tshwane University of Technology, Staatsartillerie Rd, Pretoria West
From Pick up point 4: 12:15 Univwersity of Pretoria – Onderstepoort Campus, Paraclinical Bldg
Rm 1-58 flr Fac of Vet Sciences, 100 Old Soutpansweg, Onderstepoort, Pretoria

The cut-off date for group bookings is set for 14 August 2026.
The per person rate is subject to a minimum of 8 passengers per vehicle. Should the minimum not be
reached, a surcharge per person will apply – to be communicated by COB 17 August 2026.
